1. REGISTRATION

1.1.1 Teams to be registered on the day of the tournament no later than 10:50am as the tournament will start at 11:00am without any exceptions

1.1.2 Players may only be REGISTERED to play for one team at Leyland Netball4All Tournaments

1.1.3 Registration Fee must be paid to secure place in the tournament, ideally this needs to be paid with your entry as places will be re advertised if payment is not made within two weeks of completion of registration

1.1.4 All entries must have 2 contacts details and a minimum of 7 players registered through our website

1.1.5 Each Team must REGISTER a minimum of 7 Players and a maximum of 10 players on the official online Leyland Netball4All Tournament Registration Form upon entry to the tournament or an email needs to be sent to leylandnetball4all@outlook.com before at least a week BEFORE the tournament date

1.1.6 England Netball recommends that individuals (player, coach, umpire) if pregnant should only participate with approval from their doctor and not participate beyond the 12th week of pregnancy. Leyland Netball4All League will require this approval sending to leylandnetball4all@outlook.com

1.1.7 Leyland Netball4All is not responsible for any incident or injury howsoever caused and strongly recommends that each Team and Player takes advise on the most appropriate insurance for them

2. MATCHES

2.1.1 Matches will have 1 umpire per court

2.1.2 Umpires scores will be electronically registered with our New App after completion of the fixture http://indoornetball.co.uk/netball4all

2.1.3 Scorecard to be handed into the tournament organiser by the winning team after the fixture

2.1.4 Match durations will be advised by the tournament organiser on the day of the tournament

2.1.5 Games will start on the whistle of the Umpires timer so speed in getting on court is essential at the changeover. First matches on are advised to arrive early and be on court ready for start to avoid any delays

2.1.6 Teams can take the court with 5 players

2.1.7 Teams can, if short use players from another team but only in a WA / C or WD position however their opposition and umpire must be informed before the game commence

2.1.8 Points System Win = 5 points / Draw = 3 points / Loss by 1 goal = 2 points Score over half = 1 point / Loss = 0 points

2.1.9 Home team to do the toss before taking court so we can keep to timings

3. INJURIES

3.1.1 Netball is a physical game, Umpires will do all they can to cut out dangerous play but accidents do happen . Neither Leyland Netball4All, members of the organisation nor umpires can be held responsible for any accidents or injuries in any match. Teams are required to take out their own personal insurance however any injury should be reported

3.1.2 In the event of a player being injured and game stopped [no injury time is allocated]

3.1.3 If game has to be abandoned and over half of the game has been played the score stands at time of stoppage and will not be replayed, If it's less than half the match will be replayed at end of fixtures for the tournament, unless teams agree otherwise

3.1.4 Rules are England Netball regulated

4. UMPIRES

4.1.1 Leyland Netball4All have a policy of NO Verbal Abuse directed at either any player or umpire or any volunteers

4.1.2 Leyland Netball4All have a policy of NO bad sportsmanship

4.1.3 When suspending a player from court, umpires must specify a number of goals that the suspension is in place for, suspension must be a minimum of 2 goals, maximum of 5

4.1.4 Timings will be controlled by the head umpire

5. FIXTURES

5.1.1 Fixtures will be available to view from the Leyland Netball4all website http://indoornetball.co.uk/netball4all on the morning of the tournament and will be followed without exception, unless formally changed by the Leyland Netball4all Committee.

6. GENERAL ISSUES

6.1.1 Any violent, abusive, derogatory or socially inappropriate behaviour towards any Player, Official or Umpire will not be tolerated and will result in an automatic suspension from the Leyland Netball4All Tournament

6.1.2 Participating in any match or Tournament, in any capacity, whilst under the influence of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited and will result in the Player, Official or umpire being required to cease the activity immediately. The offending individual will be excluded from the Leyland Netball4All Tournament

6.1.3 Leyland Netball4All recognises that children are often brought with their parents to the netball courts - this is only permissible if children are appropriately supervised whilst the parent is playing, or the child is able to understand Health & Safety rules, such as standing back from the edge of the court, not running onto court etc

6.1.4 Social Media Policy - if any members of your team are unhappy with Leyland Netball4All taking photos or videos of them please inform the tournament organiser ASAP

6.1.5 Safeguarding - As everyone is aware we may have junior (Under 18) members playing within the tournament and every player has a duty of care to ensure we do not breech any potential issues in relation to safeguarding, for junior players, children observing matches & vulnerable adults

6.1.6 Each team is to provide own ball, bibs and first aid kit

6.1.7 Nails must be kept short

6.1.8 No jewellery to be worn, wedding rings to be taped any body piercing should be removed

6.1.9 All players to wear suitable kit - no jeans etc

6.1.10 There is plenty of parking available on the complex
